BTF welcomes wholesale orders
from foreign distributors and record shops. BTF is an independent distribution
company located in Milano, Italy. BTF company supplies CD, CDs, CD BOX,
LP, EP, DVD, BOOKS and other assorted italian music and movies products.
BTF ships out new sealed products worldwide. All wholesale orders' are subject
to advance payment upon shipping (payment by credit cards is the suggested
option, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard). Minimum order qty for wholesale
is 25 pcs.
We will provide our B2B export price list in Euro currency to new business
customers only after the submission of your company data and a list of products
and approx. qty to purchase (selection per label is highly suggested). Upon
order confirmation, we'll need your legal company data for invoice and shipping.

All wholesale orders' are subject to advance payment upon shipping (payment
by credit cards is the suggested option). BTF offers three different advance
payment options:

Suggested payment option: safe purchase, quickest delivery! An automated
shopping cart system is available for all credit card orders.
BTF https server provides complete credit card and personal data protection,
certified by Verisign, with SSL security protocol for all transactions.
However, if you still do not feel at ease by submitting your data online,
you can fax us all your credit card info (holder's name, all credit card

plastic cases). Please contact us for all shipments without jewel box/tray.
Delivery by EMS in approx 5-7 working days, delivery by standard airmail
service in approx. 7-14 working days. Careful packing, wrapping & handling
done by BTF, but we'll not take any charge for ev. damages caused by delivering

| A delivery thru a special express
airmail service called EMS is provided on request. EMS is an express airmail
service provided by international post services worldwide. Please contact
us first at sales@btf.it if you wish to know about EMS shipping costs. EMS
rates are expensive and similar to those of private forwarding companies,
but you can BTF suggests special EMS shipments ONLY if you're ordering a
big quantity of products and/or if a quick and certified delivery is needed.
Most EMS deliveries are assured by international post services worldwide
within 5 to 7 working days.

| No return policy and terms: |
BTF does not accept return
on any purchased items without prior consent. A return under a reasonable,
detailed explanation is always submitted to BTF prior approval. BTF does
not accept return on any purchased items for ev. damages caused by mishandling
of third parties such as the post services or the freight companies worldwide.
Factory defective products will be substituted free of charge upon return
to BTF and after checking full validity of the claimed factory defect.

La BTF srl offre ai clienti distributori italiani il servizio di spedizione
e pagamento in contrassegno tramite Poste Italiane (che utilizza il proprio
corriere SDA) oppure altro corriere, a vostra scelta. Il costo della spedizione
assicurata in contrassegno è di 12 euro (forfait), fino ad un peso
totale di 10 kg.
Le spedizioni in contrassegno vengono effettuate abitualmente con pacco
assicurato J+3 di Poste Italiane; la consegna è garantita in 4
giorni lavorativi.
In caso di richiesta di servizi supplementari, come spedizione urgente
(servizi Paccocelere J+1 e Postacelere J+1) per favore scrivete direttamente
a sales@btf.it oppure contattateci telefonicamente allo 02-92958580 / 331-8113302.
IMPORTANTE: Per evitare disguidi si prega di avvertire il vs. personale
del pacco contrassegno in arrivo ed ev. preparare il corrispettivo in

reso sugli ordini evasi senza la manifestazione di consenso preventivo da

srl non accetta alcun reso sugli ordini evasi e non si assume alcuna responsabilità
per eventuali danni causati durante il trasporto da terze società
come Poste Italiane, SDA e/o i corrieri privati. Prodotti difettosi di fabbricazione
