for all products. No minimum order qty is requested. BTF ships out new sealed
products worldwide. All orders are subject to payment upon shipping. BTF

| Order and shipment confirmation: |
| A special order summary titled
BTF ORDER REPORT is displayed at the end of BTF shopping cart system's ordering
process; it can be saved and/or printed as your own order confirmation.
However, the BTF shopping cart system will forward an automated order report
to the mailbox you entered, including the summary of your selected products
and personal data as an official confirmation of your correct online ordering
process. After that, another BTF e-mail will be sent to you featuring your
orders' shipment date as a confirmation of your parcel being shipped out
by Post service. Usually all orders are shipped out within 1-2 working days. BTF ships out all prepaid orders immediately if the requested items are available in stock. BTF automated shopping cart system usually adds accurate shipping costs to your order, depending on the total weight of your shipment and the country of delivery. | Currency terms and invoicing: |
| Products' prices published
in Euro € will be applied only to orders by european customers, including
EEC (European Community), UK, Switzerland, Scandinavia, Russia and East
Europe. All products' prices for EEC european customers' orders are VAT
inclusive (European Community). Products' prices in USA $ will be applied to all rest of the world customers, including USA and Canada, Japan and Korea, Turkey and Asia, Israel and the Middle East, Latin and South America, Africa, Oceania. Currency preference is not accepted. A BTF invoice document is issued for each shipment. The total amount on BTF invoice will be specified in USA $ currency (if you're a world customer) or in Euro € currency (if you're an european customer), in accordance to products' prices and currencies as published on our btf.it website and as available on the order report at the end of the automated ordering process of BTF shopping cart system. Please note that credit cards are always charged in Euro € currency, due to italian laws and administration policy. The receipt of the credit card charge in Euro € currency is always joined to the BTF invoice document. IMPORTANT NOTE: for all rest of the world customers with BTF invoice total amount in USA $, please note that BTF will apply the official currency change rate to orders (Euro € / USA $ on the day of invoicing). This policy will absolutely not affect your orders' total charge: the BTF invoice document does clearly specify the total amount in USA $ and the respective official currency charge in EURO € currency. |

| No return policy and terms: |
| BTF does not accept return on any purchased items without prior consent. A return under a reasonable, detailed explanation is always submitted to BTF prior approval. BTF does not accept return on any purchased items for ev. damages caused by mishandling of third parties such as the post services or the freight companies worldwide. Factory defective products will be substituted free of charge upon return to BTF and after checking full validity of the claimed factory defect. |

| By submitting to BTF a complete order you consent to our "Personal Data & Privacy Policy", under which we will collect and process information about you in order to deal with your requests and provide you with our services. | Conferma d'ordine e conferma di spedizione: |
| Una speciale finestra intitolata
BTF ORDER REPORT viene caricata al termine del procedimento d'ordine nel
sistema shopping cart BTF; può essere salvata e/o stampata come regolare
conferma d'ordine. Comunque, il sistema shopping cart BTF invierà
una e-mail di ORDER REPORT alla mailbox indicata dal cliente, con il riepilogo
dei prodotti selezionati ed i dati personali inseriti, valida come conferma
d'ordine ufficiale del corretto procedimento d'ordine. Dopo di questo, un'altra
e-mail verrà inviata al cliente con la data di evasione dell'ordine
valida come conferma di spedizione. Di norma tutti gli ordini sono evasi
nel giro di 1-2 giorni lavorativi. La BTF srl evade immediatamente tutti gli ordini se i prodotti selezionati sono disponibili in stock. Come termine di default, se alcuni fra i prodotti richiesti non sono in stock, la BTF srl evaderà gli ordini includendo subito nella spedizione tutti i prodotti disponibili e mantenendo in backorder i prodotti ev. mancanti, avvisando tramite e-mail se/quando i prodotti in backorder saranno di nuovo disponibili in stock e pronti per essere spediti. La BTF srl si riserva la facoltà di rinviare l'evasione di ev. ordini solo se la maggioranza dei prodotti richiesti non è al momento disponibile; in questo caso il cliente sarà avvertito tramite e-mail su come procedere, su ev. indisponibilità definitive e/o ritardi di riassortimento in stock e per l'indicazione di ev. prodotti sostitutivi. Se desiderate che per motivi amministrativi e/o fiscali venga menzionato in fattura il vs. codice fiscale e/o la vs. partita IVA per favore contattateci a sales@btf.it prima dell'emissione della fattura oppure specificate i vs. dati fiscali subito al conferimento dell'ordine, indicando con chiarezza "codice fiscale / partita IVA numero ... Qualsiasi ev. richiesta di reso con motivazione dettagliata è soggetta al consenso preventivo della BTF srl. La BTF srl non accetta alcun reso sugli ordini evasi e non si assume alcuna responsabilità per eventuali danni causati durante il trasporto da terze società come Poste Italiane, SDA e/o i corrieri privati. Prodotti difettosi di fabbricazione saranno sostituiti senza spese soltanto dopo il reso concordato preventivamente con BTF srl e dietro restituzione ed effettivo riscontro del difetto di fabbrica segnalato. |
